Toyin was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2003 and has practiced in London and the Counties. She also has an ICSA qualification in Charity Law and Management.
She advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property including Landlord and Tenant, lease renewals, lease extensions, Houses in Multiple Occupation, acquisitions and disposal and de-enveloping.
Toyin thrives on managing and maintaining long-standing relationships with her clients and she successfully manages transactions of varying complexities. She has worked with overseas investors from Europe, Africa, Asia and North America and also acted for local charities.
She currently serves as Trustee and Adviser to UK charities.

Advising on diverse legal and commercial transactions of varying complexity and of very high net worth value, such as residential conveyancing sales, purchases, matrimonial transfers, transfer of equity, probate sales, residential property and lease extensions.
Disposal of investment properties and portfolios.

Negotiation of Commercial leases and assignments acting for landlords and tenants.
Acquisition management including the preparation and service of Section 20, Section 8 and 21 notices, advising on House in Multiple Occupations, issuing possession proceedings and acting on behalf of landlords and tenants in service charge disputes.

Interests:
Toyin is a keen volunteer and has been part of various community projects over the years. She worked as a volunteer at Greenwich Housing Rights for 4 years was part of a team that successfully provided a Duty Advice Scheme and assisted a staggering 18,539 clients, achieving a remarkable 88% success rate in preventing homelessness over a number of years. Toyin sings soprano in a choir and is involved in public speaking. She also serves as a Trustee and adviser to local London charities.
